The cabin includes a private hot tub, outdoor patio seating, two full bedrooms, a full kitchen, multiple gas fireplaces, and a loft area with a poker table, putting green and gaming system. Free Wi-Fi is included as well as access to the Community Pool (seasonal). Butler Cabin is the ideal cabin destination for your next Smoky Mountains getaway!

🏕️ THE CABIN:
Butler Cabin boasts an ideal layout and a great location for vacationers and explorers alike! The living room is spacious and welcoming, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from a full-sized refrigerator and stove to a microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has a beautiful new table that seats 8 guests comfortably.

The cabin offers two bedrooms—one on each level—both furnished with comfortable beds and storage space. Each master bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed. The upstairs bedroom has an attached full bathroom and a step-in shower, along with a cozy fireplace. The loft area upstairs is perfect for entertainment, featuring a very comfortable sofa, a Golden Tee arcade game, large Smart TV w/XBox connected, a poker table, and a putting green. This is the perfect spot to relax, play games, or for binge-watching your favorite Netflix series or catching the big game.

Outdoors, you'll relish spending time on the decks, soaking in the fresh mountain air. The hot tub, located on your private deck, is perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking and adventure. There's plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. A BBQ grill is also available, perfect for a cookout while taking in the views!

Our resort community includes a seasonal swimming pool accessible to all guests.

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, dresser, and Smart TV
* Bedroom #2 (Upper Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, clothing rack, fireplace and Smart TV. This bedroom also includes an attached bathroom.
* Additional Sleeping: Sleeper Sofa in living room on main level and sleeper sofa in loft.
* There is also a Pack N' Play available onsite.

🍽️ EATING:
Fully equipped kitchen location on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large table that seats eight.

The road inside the resort is paved. The parking space at the cabin is flat.

"We loved our stay at Butler Cabin! The cabin was exactly as pictured in the photos. We enjoyed the games they provided and the putting mat upstairs. The cabin was extremely clean and we felt right at home. It was also in a great location and just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had trouble getting into the cabin upon arrival due to the coded lock being dead. However, the Hosts were very responsive and sent someone over to let us in! I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a beautiful and secluded place to stay that is also a short drive away from all the fun!

"We took a quick weekend trip with the kids for Jeep Invasion. The best part about this cabin was that we were able to avoid most of the traffic. It’s the perfect location. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again in the future.

"This location was amazing. It was new and everything was sparkling clean. There are other cabins around but not to close. It was very peaceful and we felt right at home. This was the 2nd home that we stayed in with Compass and we loved it. They are great hosts and quick to answer any questions. "Our time at Butler Cabin was just the reset we needed before returning home to Charlotte! This cabin is very clean and brand-spanking new! Our children enjoyed the scenery and access to a hot tub! I am already anticipating our return! After spending four days at the Waterparks, we were welcomed with a warmth only your home can bring! There was a lot of space to relax or play board games! We are happy and have already told our friends about this hidden gem!

"We really enjoyed our long weekend at Butler Cabin. They were great hosts, they answered all of our questions promptly and were very helpful . The cabin was pristine, it still has that new cabin smell! We enjoyed the hot tub, deck, and games provided( I schooled my kids on Golden Tee). The location of the cabin is great, an easy drive to all hiking and attractions. We will definitely stay at Butler Cabin again.

"This little escape is perfect for a family of all ages. It has the high-end finishings of a new cabin but also feels warm and inviting. I appreciated the details of having a fully stocked kitchen with seasonings and cooking oils, cozy blankets for watching a movie, and even sound machines in each of the rooms. We had a group of teens that spent their time in the loft playing a plethora of games (provided) and putting off the putting green. The hot tub was very clean and private as well. I would highly recommend this cabin and we will be back again soon!

"My best friend and I along with our 4 boys just recently stayed here. The cabin is amazing. Beautiful view. Very clean. The Xbox and the golfing game were a huge hit with our boys. We also loved the layout. The adults could have their own room with bathroom and the boys hopped from bedrooms to the pull out couch. Any time I contacted Compass they were quick to answer! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

"We recently stayed at Butler Cabin and it was an absolute dream! The cabin itself was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the hot tub and the kids loved the pool (nearby). The location was perfect for us - quiet and secluded. Compass, the hosts, were fantastic. They were communicative and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a perfect escape in the woods. We can't wait to come back again someday!
