The cozy ambiance and the sounds of nature outside create the perfect setting for a restful night's sleep.

Step outside onto the balcony, where you can savor your morning coffee while enjoying mountain views overlooking downtown Gatlinburg. There is a community Washer and Dryer available for your use in the building and the condo also has free High Speed Wi-Fi! The condo is ideally located near numerous hiking trails and many other outdoor activities in addition to all of the attractions of Gatlinburg.

Parking is available in the lot next to the building. Please park in the lot and not the parking garage as those spaces are reserved for full-time residents.

* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* No open flames of any kind -- including candles.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for homes in the area)
