There is also a private outdoor space with a picnic table, additional seating, and firepit! The full kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher stove and coffee maker. There is a gas grill in the back yard as well! The farmhouse is also centrally located, just 10 minutes from Providence Parkway in Mount Juliet, and a short drive from downtown Nashville! 🏕️ THE FARMHOUSE
The space is perfectly designed for a romantic weekend away, a friends retreat or a relaxing family vacation! The living room has comfortable seating, a huge flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace and large windows that overlook the beautiful property. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The farmhouse has three bedrooms -- and also includes a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the main living room. It also has two full bathrooms, one with a soaker tub and one with a shower/tub combo.

Outside, you'll love spending time in the private space enjoying the fresh air. There is a dining area and extra seating as well as a large firepit area in the privacy of your yard. The front yard is semi-private as well and includes a tire swing and lots of open space to enjoy. It is a great place to relax after a long day of adventure. There is also seating on the front porch to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.

The house includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large table that overlooks the peaceful front yard for additional seating. You can also take a picnic outside and eat at the outdoor patio table.

"Each year we travel from Florida to the Nashville area for Thanksgiving. We always find a new experience. This one by far tops the last 6 years of stays. From the peaceful private feel of serenity to the open space to relax in front of a fireplace. This stay was spectacular. With a perfect open kitchen set up, we were able to make our Thanksgiving dinner while enjoying the ability to be involved with the family. Huge wall of windows allowed for coffee in front of the fire every day while I watched deer cross through the front and back yard. What can I say, this place was perfect! The hosts are very responsive with questions and willing to assist with any needs . Highly recommend this as a place to stay with the family if you are traveling.

From the peaceful private feel of serenity to the open space to relax in front of a fireplace. This stay was spectacular. "This home was probably our favorite place we’ve stayed in while on a little getaway! The scenery is beautiful, the house is clean, decorated SO cute, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away from home. The property was perfect for our dogs to have room to play and they enjoyed having their dog bed in-front of the big windows in the living room during the times the deer came through to graze outside. Having the option to have a fire in the fireplace or the big fire pit outside is always super fun - and the furniture is all extremely cozy and nap-friendly. We were only there for a short time for a work trip but it would be easy to stay for a week+ and be fully content. 100% recommend this property! The hosts are also extremely responsive, helpful, and the best communication I’ve experienced yet while renting a vacation property. All in all, fantastic experience!

"This place is fabulous! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was so nice and peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property more. We were at the fairgrounds for our dogs dock diving national championship! BTW all our dogs finished in the top 5 of their division and little Emma got 1st place! We will definitely stay here again!

"This beautiful home was big enough for the 6 of us to still feel like we had are own space to relax. Very peaceful. The local deer greeted us every morning and we fell asleep listening to the crickets every night. I LOVED being able to soak in the tub after exploring too. We enjoyed having the privacy and peace this home offers, but still being close to all the action in Nashville. 10/10 recommend and we will be back again.

"This home is simply magnificent… the property is huge, so our kids roamed wide, with regular deer visits for an early morning coffee. The only (very minor) issue was that the grills had not been cleaned, and were tucked away at the back end of the house so I had to go looking for them - but again, that is such a minor thing considering just how absolutely wonderful this experience was. Visiting Nashville, but being able to escape the bustling energy of downtown for this peaceful and soul-restoring quiet retreat was a real treasure for our large family. We will definitely be back!

"We had a great time. Our dogs loved it! We especially loved the open living room. Few small complaints. Description of property stated washer/dryer in unit. But there was a note on door to access washer/dryer. Stating it was for “Owner use”. Door was unlocked. I thought maybe note was accidentally left on door. Found the washer/dryer. But what we found inside washer/dryer were linens. Unfortunately we were unable to use them. Both bedroom doors in the back hallway are hard to open or closed. Very squeaky load noise at 2a.m. using bathroom. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home to us.

"This cozy house surpassed our expectations. The fireplace was a delightful touch, and also loved the firepit outside. Kitchen had everything we needed. The area felt safe to me. We were going to an event in Nashville and decided to stay in Mt. Juliet. Its about 30 minutes to Nashville. Not a bad drive at all. The area of Mt. Juliet had a very nice area with lots of restaurants and places to shop. We would definitely stay here again.

"We enjoyed our 1-night stay here with our beloved pup. Loved the living room and kitchen layout. We really appreciate the king sized bed since many rentals tend to only have queens. "This place was awesome, in fact, I am booking it again this weekend. The pictures of the living room do not do it justice, you could play football in the living room. The kitchen is fabulous, the front view of what appears to be at least 1 acre is fantastic. Less than 10 minutes to a publix and other shopping, less than 10 to a major freeway, yet you feel like you are out in the warmth of the country. Awesome.

"Beautiful, peaceful, county setting but close to so much. This home was beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed everything about it. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the beautiful fireplace was so relaxing, and the outside was perfect.
