Comfortable living area with plenty of seating, a new sleeper sofa, fireplace and Smart TV; The condo has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen conveniently located adjacent to each other. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes new countertops and new appliances. It comes with everything you need to make your meals inside. Relax outside on the patio or watch your favorite movie while snuggled on the sofa! There is a community Washer and Dryer available for your use in the building and the condo also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

🛌 SLEEPING:
* Bedroom #1: Spacious bedroom with new King-sized bed, dresser & smart TV; Full bath is connected and includes a tub/shower combo.
* Bedroom #2: Peaceful bedroom with new Queen-sized bed, closet & smart TV. Connected full bath.
* Additional Sleeping: Sleeper Sofa in living room.

🍽️ EATING:
Fully-equipped kitchen and full suite of new stainless steel appliances; There is a full sized refrigerator for your groceries or any leftovers from trips out on the town. Utilize the dishwasher for a quick clean up anytime. Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Eat comfortably at the dining table just steps outside the kitchen with space for 4!

Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are located inside the condo.

"The condo was a great spot for our fall weekend in Gatlinburg. We walked to all of the attractions each day and never drove the car. The condo is clean and we had what we needed for a short visit. The information to check in was provided after contacting the owner. There was a bit of noise from traffic, which is to be expected being so close to busy roads leading into Gatlinburg. A highlight was seeing a bear walking along the pool fence at night.

"This condo is 5 stars all around. The location is the best. It's a quick walk to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. It's extremely clean and furnished/decorated so nicely - very homey. Its got everything you could need, and the patio is a nice bonus with a great view. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

"The stay was just perfect for our family of 4 adults and for what we needed. Its located in the heart of Gatlinburg, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The condo was very clean and well kept. There was ample parking within premises. Would recommend this place to everyone wanting to stay within the city.
