If you're looking for adventure, there are State and National Parks, historical sites, golf courses, and world-class hiking trails all within an hour of the rental. You are also less than 2 hours from Bryce Canyon and less than 3 hours from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon! An ideal location for all types of vacationers!

🏠 THE HOUSE:
Recently updated, fully furnished house in a fantastic location loaded with amenities! There are 3 peaceful bedrooms, each with plenty of storage. The spacious living area includes an electric fireplace, large Smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. The living room and kitchen are connected in the open floor plan. There is a separate game room that includes foosball, an arcade game, a large TV and a comfortable sofa. This room doubles as a 4th bedroom with the sofa folding out into a queen sleeper. There is a door for privacy. There is also a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi! The outdoor space has recently been updated and includes new turf, patio tables and chairs, a picnic table, charcoal BBQ grill and string lights. It's a great place for a cookout or just time outdoors in the refreshing mountain air.

The home is also wheelchair-friendly. It is one-level with no steps at the front door or back door.

* Bedroom #1: Spacious master bedroom with California King bed. This bedroom includes a dresser for storage and a large Smart TV. It also includes an attached full bathroom with a shower.
* Bedroom #2: Peaceful bedroom with King bed. This bedroom includes a dresser for storage and a large Smart TV.
* Bedroom #3: Peaceful bedroom with Queen bed. This bedroom includes a closet for storage.
* Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in game room -- includes door for privacy.

🍽️ EATING:
Fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The home includes dishware, cookware, bakeware, a knife set, a Keurig coffeemaker, pans, a blender, silverware, and more. There is a wood dining table located in the kitchen with seating for 6 -- and mountain views!

Free parking for up to 4 cars. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated.
The driveway is flat and paved.

* Quiet hours are 10pm-9am.
* Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy and a strict no-pet policy. Any violations of these policies will result in an additional $350 cleaning fee.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

"This place matched the description perfect! Lots of room to spread out in this house, with a couple gathering areas with ample seating for 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked, enough so to prepare part of a Thanksgiving meal! Communication was quick and super helpful. The location was great for us going to St. George and Zion’s. Would definitely recommend them to work with and stay with!

"Great place! Hosts are responsive and know the area well. Home is well kept and clean! We had 3 couples and it easily accommodated all of us with plenty of privacy. Neighborhood was quiet and away from noise but still centrally located. We will definitely look to see if it's available the next time we are in the area!

"This was an amazing rental -- one of the best stays I've had! The place was clean and they supplied plenty of amenities! The location was perfect for day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon and others. "This house is amazing! So much space and in a very quiet area. It is a short drive to Zion. The kitchen is so well stocked that it felt like home. Our kids loved the game room and we all appreciated having TVs to watch. We'd love to return.
