Welcome to Gatlinburg! This 3BR cabin has incredible mountain views and plenty of amenities including a hot tub, theater room, game room, large deck w/grill & outdoor dining area, pool table, bunk beds w/slide and more! Both upstairs bedrooms have mountain views with access to the deck! The cabin is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and is also just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

🏕️ THE CABIN
Large, open living area with fireplace, comfortable furniture and large Smart TV. The cabin has an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen in the same area. There is a new solid wood dining table just off the living room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside, or enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill and outdoor dining table on the back deck. There are two spacious and updated bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, you'll find plenty of space to enjoy the breathtaking views! The back deck has high-quality poly-wood furniture, a dining table, rockers, and a hot tub to soak and relax in.

The lower level of the cabin is an entertainment hub. The new theater room includes a large 65" HDTV along with leather reclining theater chairs. There are floor lights and dimmable theater lights to enjoy movie night or the big game. There is a pool table as well as arcade games and wall games. The downstairs living space offers windows that showcase the stunning mountain views. There are queen-queen bunk beds with a slide for additional sleeping as well as a kids nook area with books, games and more! There is also a full bathroom with an all-natural wood & stone vanity, and a walk-in shower.

🍽️ EATING
Fully-equipped, modern kitchen w/stainless steel appliances; full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for the aspiring chef in your group! Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. You can also take a picnic outside and enjoy the dining table and the fresh mountain air on the back deck!

The kitchen area also has a full AM/PM bar. The AM bar includes a Keurig Duo and a starter set of K-cups. The PM bar includes shot glasses, wine glasses, and highball glasses. A complimentary bottle of local wine is provided for all guests.

Parking for 3-4 cars.
There are a few steep hills to get to the cabin. 4WD is recommended during inclement weather in winter months.

"What an absolutely beautiful home and location. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home immensely…we enjoyed the hot tub, watched movies, played pac man and cards, and spent quality time with one another. We can’t wait for our next family vacation and would definitely rent this home again. Spectacular.

"Nestled nearby Gatlinburg but tucked away where you have a lot of privacy. Our family of two young toddlers enjoyed our 4 nights stay to the fullest! Including Walmart delivery right to the airbnb was very convenient to have. Our little ones enjoyed the slide, games, and watching Frozen in the movie theater area. The kitchen had everything stocked including eatery for little ones. You can tell they put a lot of thought when building and stocking it to accommodate family. The little ones had a blast with the lighted stairway. We appreciated that the bedrooms were spaced far apart that there was plenty of privacy and noise to be made without bothering the other side of the house. The deck was with gorgeous Mountain View and blue rocking chairs where I finished up reading 2 books and enjoyed having breakfast with our family sitting outside. Felt very safe and secure during our stay here which was important. The hosts were very welcoming, communicative, and helpful! Thank you!!
