Welcome to the peaceful side of the Smokies! This estate is sits on a 15-acres of seclusion and offers stunning mountain views! It is loaded with amenities. It includes 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, movie theater room, hot tub, game room, gas fireplace, and spacious outdoor decks overlooking the Smoky Mountains. There is also free high speed Wi-Fi and sleeping for up to 18 guests! Sunrise Peak is easily accessible with no steep mountain roads and is located in a private, gated community. Guests also have access to a seasonal community swimming pool and catch-and-release fishing pond that is less than 5 minutes from the cabin. It is less than 4 miles to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and a short drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

🏕️ THE CABIN
Beautiful luxury cabin located in a private, gated community on 15 acres of Smoky Mountain seclusion. Spacious living area with gas fireplace, comfortable seating and large TV; There are large windows that allow plenty of natural light! The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen on the same level. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make a variety of meals! You can also enjoy a cookout with the Gas BBQ Grill and outdoor seating area on the back decks. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi! The lowest level includes the outdoor hot tub, game room and movie theater room.

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious bedroom with King bed, dresser, Smart TV & attached bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to the back deck.

The drive to the cabin doesn't include any steep or windy mountain roads. The road inside the community is paved.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 18 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

"This cabin is breathtaking. First the Views are unbelievable with the wrap around porch. Each bedroom has its own private balcony. The main living room has so much warmth and comfort. The kitchen is big and yet has all the needed amenities to make yourself at home. The downstairs is completely a play ground for all ages. This six-bedroom cabin is a Stay for any and every occasion. My son’s groomsmen (six of them and their wives) stayed here for the wedding weekend and they could not stop commenting on how great their stay was. I highly recommend the host and this amazing cabin.

"Beautiful cabin with the most beautiful views. The cabin was very spacious and we didn’t feel crowded. We cooked most of our meals at the cabin and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The weather was amazing, we were able to eat outside on the deck and take in the scenery. The arcade, boss toss and pool table were a hit. We loved hanging out at the fire pit in the evenings. We got to see a bear at the cabin the second night. The location is great, a short drive to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the park. We love staying in Townsend, just like they say, the quieter side of the mountains. Compass was great to work with and would respond in a timely matter. We had such a great time and weather was amazing, we ended up staying one more night!

"Our large group had an amazing stay this weekend! Everything was better than we expected. The entire cabin was very clean. The view is AMAZING! Anytime we were in the cabin, we spent most of the time on the top deck enjoying the view! Would definitely book again!
