It is 10 miles to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, and only 20 miles to Gatlinburg! You are also just a short drive from Great Smoky Mountain National Park, downtown Knoxville, the Knoxville Zoo, Neyland Stadium, Douglas Lake, and more! 🏕️ THE HOUSE:
Welcome to this newly updated retreat just minutes from the Smoky Mountains! The home is centrally located between the Smokies and downtown Knoxville and is setup for vacationers and explorers of all types! The spacious living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and lots of natural light through the large windows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a Keurig Duo in the kitchen for your morning cups of coffee! The private dining area has a large table that seats six. The house has three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The full bathroom on the main level also has a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The upstairs game room area includes a pool table, foosball table, and a Smart TV -- as well as additional seating -- all designed for hours of fun! There is a washer/dryer inside the laundry room on the first level and the house also includes free high-speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, you'll love spending time on the decks enjoying the fresh air. The hot tub is also located in the privacy of a covered patio and is a great place to relax after a fun day of sightseeing and adventure. There is plenty of seating to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. A BBQ grill is also available to take advantage of a cookout and enjoy a picnic!

The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large table that seats six.

Free parking for up to 3 cars. RV could also be accommodated.
The road inside the neighborhood is paved. The driveway is fairly steep but 4WD is only required during inclement weather.

"We absolutely loved this house . It was beautiful inside and out . Extremely clean . The hosts did an amazing job with their rental process . The beds were already made for us which was wonderful thing since we were coming in at 1:00 AM. The check out was as just as great . I will definitely be looking to rent this house every time we come to Tennessee. It's a 25-30 min drive to the university of Tennessee which was perfect .

"Perfect home to come to after a day of exploring, making memories at near by attractions! So quiet and peaceful, the location of the home makes you feel like your miles away, but yet everything is so conveniently close. Home is so comfortable, if you're having a family game night or if everyone wants to have their own me time. Hot tub is nice to relax after a day of walking theme parks, or hiking adventures. We had a great time!

"We had a great stay at this home! Tami’s dream house was a beautiful place with a very heart felt backstory. It was short distance to get to all of the local attractions but also far enough away to find the peace we were looking for on this vacation! The house was very clean and had many things to do just in the house! They made check in and out extremely easy and were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Overall this was the perfect place to stay for us since they made the stay feel like home away from home!

"The place is exactly as advertised and the photos accurately showed the house. The house was very clean and the hot tub was pristine. The game room was great and was a nice bonus during our three night stay. Location is convenient yet very private. Mike communicated very well and instructions were thorough and clear for check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

"The best Air B and B we have stayed at! Clean , private, great amenities, and the host were very responsive and helpful! All the details in the house were charming and thoughtful! Definitely 10 out of 10! Thank you for providing this awesome house for us to make wonderful memories in! "Everything at this place was exactly as described. The house was in a perfect location, close to the Interstate, Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, etc. Even though the home was in a neighborhood, the property and location on the hillside was very private and quiet. The pictures of the home are accurate and we loved our stay there. The hot tub was a huge bonus for us and it was very nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay at their home again when visiting TN. Also, communication with the host was excellent. They were always one step ahead of any questions you might have and clearly wanted your stay at their home to be the best experience it could be. Thank you for a wonderful few days in your home in TN and for being wonderful hosts.

"The house was absolutely lovely and the hosts were great! The house was in an easy to get to location. It is in a neighborhood, but it’s secluded and private, so you don’t feel like you’re in a development at all and still getting the smoky mountain feel. The location is an easy drive to all major attractions. The house itself was great. It is well-kept and matched the description. It had a very welcoming feel, and my entire family and children enjoyed it.

"We traveled 14 hours to go to our nephew's graduation at UT and when we arrived at Tami's Dream, it was such a relief to find a comfortable, very clean, quiet and restful home. The house was spotless, the beds comfortable and the front porch the perfect place to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. We did have a problem getting the TV's to work but Compass was very responsive and we figured it out. We did not have a chance to use the hot tub but it looked very inviting. Their home is located near the highway so it was very easy to get to Knoxville, about 25 minutes or so. If you like to shop, lots of businesses near them and a huge flea market down the road for those who like a bargain! I would highly recommend staying there.

"We were so please with this beautiful home! Its the perfect location as we came to see Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. The famous Buc-ees is right down the road. You're far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, and Pigeon forge. But not too far to make a day out of it. Quiet neighborhood, and even better to be up above it away from neighbors. The house was wonderful as my 5 children were able to run about on the grounds, enjoying the outdoors, hot tub, and game room. All had a comfortable place to sleep, plenty of bathrooms, and big kitchen to prepare in. They were also amazing when I asked if we could come a day earlier, and we were late with our checkout by an hour. Very eager to make you feel at home, and comfortable. We could not have been happier with a place! Would stay again!

"This place was nothing short of amazing! Bachelor weekend getaway and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Compass hosts were amazing, helpful, thoughtful and responded almost immediately. "A couple friends and I were traveling down south for a Golf and needed a place to stay in the area for one night. The place has so much space and the pool table and foosball tables upstairs were a great way to unwind. the Jacuzzi was also amazing with a covered pergola as it was raining the night we were there. Can’t wait to come back to the area and stay for an extended period of time and check out the local amenities. Thank you again!

"I cannot say enough good things about this home. We absolutely loved our stay. It’s so peaceful and private yet right near the interstate. The beds and pillows are heavenly. The bathrooms are clean. Loved cooking in the kitchen and had all of the things we needed. The hot tub was perfect. Our hands down favorite part of the house is the game room. We played on the pool table for hours. It isn’t just any pool table either … it’s a Brunswick. The hosts are super responsive and helped answer any questions we had. We hiked up the steep hill out back to see what was over the top and its beautiful as well … beware the trek back down isn’t for the weak of heart. The sunset Saturday night was magical! The pictures do not do it justice! Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.
